Our returns policy allows returns or exchanges for items returned within 21 days of delivery and in original condition with original tags attached.
Please note that sale items or decals are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be processed unless a Return Authorisation Number has been issued by Jetpilot Australia.
You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping and we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
We aim to process Returns within 3 business days of receiving.
